Forms sent in on smartlocal329.com, and issues in the local's own categories. Every step is recorded with who did it and when. Issues in your own categories can be limited to just you, or to people you choose.

Times are Central. The website is checked for new form submissions each time this page opens (at most once a minute) and when you click Check now. Categories are added and renamed under Settings.
